Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Struktur Aktiva, dan Risiko Bisnis terhadap Struktur Modal pada Emiten Kompas 100 (Non Perbankan)

摘要

The objective of this research is to examine and analyze the impact of profitability, sales growth, asset structure, and business risk toward company’s capital structure. Capital structure decision is very important for the companybecause an optimal capital structure will minimize capital cost to be borne by the company. The samples in this research were selected by using purposive sampling method. Research has been conducted on 111 data. The result shows thatprofitability, sales growth, and asset structure have significant influence to capital structure. Meanwhile, the business risks do not have significant influence to company’s capital structure.
